Christian Gehrke: black and white photo of people walking across the street with buildings in the background and street lights — Plant Riverside was abandoned and falling apart a few years ago before it was turned into a riverside district with nightlife, restaurants, shops, and one of the best hotels in the state of Georgia. It used to be a power plant and a factory. Now it is home to local vendors and allows people to have a fancy experience in the heart of downtown Savannah and the famous River Street.
