Benjamin Thomlinson: Featured Photographer — Bokeh Focus Exhibit 2020

Benjamin Thomlinson was one of our eight featured photographers in our 3D, immersive, virtual Bokeh Focus Exhibit 2020 — The New World: Isolation. 

Biography

Benjamin Thomlinson, from Atlanta, is a 25-year-old Winter 2020 graduate of Kennesaw State University with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering and certificate in industrial engineering: Six Sigma.

Thomlinson, is passionate about providing photo and video content, culture and creativity to society through his brand, EPN Media. His studio also provides a collaborative safe space for young creative minds and local brands.

“When creative brands – music, visual arts, dance – come together and dream big, they can truly create impactful and innovative content.”

Aside from his engineering career, Thomlinson, takes great pride and passion in providing content, culture and creativity to society through his brand, EPN Media. He operates as a cultural curator in metro Atlanta, capturing photo and video content around the city. In August 2020 he developed his brand into a commercial photography LLC that provides a collaborative safe space for young creative minds and established brands. 

Thomlinson, believes that EPN Media studio is where all creatives can create together. He explained, “When creative brands like music, the visual arts, dance, etc. can come together and are not afraid to dream big, they can truly create impactful and innovative content together.”

What is his advice to all creatives? “Progress towards your future, keep your PHOCUS in the now, meaning don’t be afraid to dream big. Your actions will take you there if you really PHOCUS in and push yourself.”
